6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the person filing the notice is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Once you have gathered the required information, please send your DMCA notice to our designated email address: kivogofficial@gmail.com.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, you must include the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, the judicial district in which Kivog.xyz is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

The counter-notification should be sent to the same email address as the DMCA takedown notice: kivogofficial@gmail.com.
